LDS Clips License Agreement
Unless otherwise noted, all files sold on this web site are the products of Inspire Graphics and are protected by United States copyright law. Inspire Graphics and the other contributors of this program grant you permission to use purchased files under the following conditions:
You have the right:
• To install and use products on a single computer.
• To copy and modify files for your own PERSONAL use. Any use of the any file on this site, in whole or in part, that leads to financial increase requires prior written consent from Inspire Graphics or the contributing party.
You do NOT have the right:
• To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute any files from this site. This is software piracy and is against the law.
• To use files on more than one computer at a time.
• To download, transfer, or files across a bulletin board, electronic network, modem, Internet or web page.
• To make copies of files or documentation other than for backup purposes.
• To copy by electronic means, reproduce, scan, modify, or create derivative works from our files for the purpose of resale, distribution or other financial increase.
• To remove proprietary labels, notices, or marks from files or documentation. Much time and effort has been put into the production of our products. Please be honest as you use our software and files and abide by the guidelines established in this license agreement.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Inspire Graphics warrants that our products shall be free from defects under normal use for thirty (30) days from the time of sale as noted on your sales receipt. If you detect a problem within 30 days, please contact us and the problem will be corrected. Contact by fax: 801-235-9395, e-mail: support@inspiregraphics.com or through our web page. This covers only those files that are defective and not those that fail due to improper use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Inspire Graphics' sole responsibility to you shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Inspire Graphics be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use the products and files sold on this web site. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Inspire Graphics shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Inspire Graphics incurs.
